I have a WYOMING LLC and wanted to know what having a NOMINEE OFFICER does ?
Do i even need a NOMINEE OFFICER and does it add extra privacy ?

It means you appoint someone else as an officer of the company.

It can offer extra privacy by keeping your name away from contracts the company signs. At the moment, names of members, managers, and officers are not public anyway in Wyoming. However, when you file your annual report, the name of the person filing the report is public information. You might want a nominee for submitting the annual return.
