Does anyone know/recommend a trusted company that can help to form a UK LTD with the Guaranteed opening of high street/traditional bank accounts remotely ( more than EMI or challenger banks -- cash plus, tide, or wise) Such as;
Barclays
Lloyds
Metro
Halifax
HSBC
Hodge Bank
HBL Bank UK
Bank of Ireland
Virgin Money
and the list goes on...

Most of my clients are from South Asia and Southeast Asia, and I am looking for legit long-term partnerships... Thank you, guys!

It will not be possible to open a high street bank account remotely, they will want to see you in the bank, have a talk about your business and see who you are.

EMI's and Neobanks are your options.

How about referral /introduction from correspondent bank?

What do you mean? You mean your current bank introduce you to the high street bank in the UK and because of that they will open an account?

For example, Some of our customers already have premier accounts with high street bank's local branch. HSBC used to refer high-level customers from local banks to UK branches a few years ago, and I wonder it is still a service?

Only one way to find out, give them a call. Why don't you simply travel to the UK and get the account?

No what I mean, if it's possible as you describe below, than it should be you travelling to the UK setup the account and refer others so they don't need to travel!

That could work, it's like how payoneer works, you need to be referred to them by a vendor in order to get an account, at least it was like this in the past when I tried.

However, maybe @Gediminas has a solution for you.

Does it have to be in the UK ?

Clients are SMEs/ startups with at least a few business footprints(vendors, clients ) within British borders. And they prefer England over rest. But what other europian options we have estonia?

Estonia, Malta, Cyprus and Bulgaria - all of them are countries you may research.
