Hello guys, i'm a german living in dubai and have a freezone company here with e-commerce licience. I want to sell to europe via dropshipping from chinese and european distributors, but transactions are difficult between the uae and europe. So i found the UK LLP-Solution with zero tax. If both partners are in dubai (me and the FZCO) and i sell primary to germany and austria. For example: i buy 100pcs from a european company of one product, i sell it on any platform like shopify/amazon/ebay/whatever to customers in germany/austria and they send it to my customers.
What should i pay attention to when i resell the goods to my customer? Especially with the VAT, i unfortunately don't quite understand it yet.
I hope the prodessional guys here can help me to understand and found the best way before i create the LLP.
