any lawyer from Europe can provide address + utility bill?

- Need to be able to accept few letters per year to this address under my name and forward them to a different country.

- need utility bill under my name on that address. Can be phone bill of internet bill.

Anyone providing this service?

I'm in the gold group, haven't seen any but I've only been around for a few weeks

I knew someone In Greece that provided this service. I think he charged 50-100 E per month though, not cheap.

you need to rent a real office service for this, there are providers in Cyprus that did this in the past, I know there are also in Switzerland and the UK. I don't know if they require you to setup a company for activating such service.
