Easy to set-up system for a handful of small 3-digit payments?

Hello!
I need to make 2-3 payments to somebody while maintaining anonymity, in 10 days' time. I thought paypal allowed to do it, but it doesn't seem so (i.e. you can't be anonymous).
This person is based in Northern Europe, so fewer options than in the US, I guess (no Venmo or Cash App, I believe).

Crypto would be obvious but a bit of a hassle for this person to set up. I was thinking whether Revolut would work? Could they create and account, which I believe happens quite fast and more easily than with a Binance or Coinbase and receive anonymous crypto payments that can turn into fiat currency and spend?

Otherwise I could give the person the details of a pre-paid anonymous card?

Any thoughts?

Put some cash in a book and send it to them via post. Prepaid cards are an option as well.

You may try a service that cost +10 % on a prepaid card

Or get a stealth PayPal and send the money to the person

that may be your best option for small payments, works well.
