So they now confirmed that they will close my account. It is no longer receiving payments, but I can still send money out.
I told them that I don't want to sell my ETFs and nowhere in their T&C it is stated that they can close an investment portfolio on their initiative.

This ETFs issue makes the case really interesting. And BE is not (at least I hope so) XXXstan where everything is legal and not legal in the same time, according to judge's good mood.
