Help with certified documents

Hello everyone!

I have ordered nominee director services and the provider sent me the nominee director's passport (Estonian) and his translated utility bill.

However, I need the passport to be notarized and appostiled, and I need the translated utility bill to be certified (by a lawyer).

I need those documents in order to complete an onboarding process I have started with a technology provider.

Without those documents, I won't be able to use the technology provider's software. The technology provider says he won't be satisfied by using only the shareholder (and UBO) documents and he is keep asking for the documents I mentioned above.

Unfortunately, the nominee provider can not help. So I need someone to assist over here, please.

Your options are essentially to go back and negotiate with the service provider, falsify the documents (a crime), or find a new service provider that can provide the necessary documents.

In some cases, especially if you're dealing with a reputable technology service provider, nominees are more comfortable sending documents directly to the ultimate recipient than to the client. Maybe that's an option you can discuss with your provider?

The only reason why a provider would refuse to produce certified documents is that the documents are fake, or stolen from a person who has no idea of what is going on.
Better to change provider! Much worse problems can happen down the road if you keep it.

The most legal and simple way is to visit your neighbour country and get your documents notarized there.
