Around the time when Liberty Reserve crashed and burned, Perfect Money swept in to meet the market demand for anonymous payments.
You have absolutely no recourse in case anything goes wrong. I wouldn't cash out large sums of money in one go, to minimize your risk. You are reliant on third-party exchangers to trade Perfect Money vouchers into real money. Liquidity might be a problem if you are cashing out large sums of money. And if the exchangers give you fiat, you will run into SOF checks with your bank that might be hard to explain.
Overall, Perfect Money works fine most of the time, but nearly everyone has moved to crypto now.
