I am currently looking for an offshore company that will allow me to:
1. Get tax residency certificate for the company
2. Receive transfers in PLN (polish currency).

I am considering Estonia, Singapore and Hongkong. What will it cost to maintain a company in each of these countries, considering around 20 invoices per month?
Also, have do you deal with Permament Estabilishment rules while living abroad? If you will be director running the company then no matter where you will be living there will be PE rule, is it right?

Ok firstly where will you be tax resident personally when operating any company?

Hi there,

To get the tax residency certificate you would need to quailify the rules of the jurisdiction you will incorporate.

The Permanent Establishment risk is remote and can be avoided if you show contracts and substantial management for closing clients are handled by the company and signed by the Directors. What you may need to consider is CFC rules and other anti avoidance rules, which depend on the jurisdiction of your tax residence.

Recieving transfers in Polish currency is a matter of the bank you choose to work with rather than the jurisdiction of your company.

That's a very good decision since you will get all what you need to setup your business. From company to bank account to payment processor if required. It's pretty easy, same is doable with a Romanian Micro Company or Cyprus company, just for your interest.

I think Estonia also could work but there is UK transfer prices exemption that works well in my favour + English lagnuage, so I decided to go with this, but thank you for sharing your knowledge. I also love to learn more.

Btw. what's the adventage of Cyprus over other companies in the EU? Low cit + privacy mostly?

Cyprus still has some sort of privacy if you find the right agency to help you there. So they have a low tax rate and other great tax benefits for foreigners.
