Im a sports bettor looking to relocate to Malta 1-2 years in the upcoming few months and would like to have more clarity about the nom dom program

As a sports bettor i will bet mostly trough betting partners (bookmakers restrict winners so after a while you have to use betting partners) in tax free gambling jurisdictions Bookmakers like Australia and Central America and i wont need to use any maltese entity and bank

My questions are

1 Is it tax free and tax free risk to do this without forming a maltese company.I would only be using offshore entinties ,partners and banks

2 If the answer in 1 is negative do you you think i would be able to create a maltese comany with such a high risk venture

The money is tax free as long as you don't remit it to Malta. You don't need a company.

Ok and do i need to pay taxes on the money i use for luxury rental and day to day expenses with advcash and wise ?

Im assuming i should also have my bets and partnerships with full due diligence in regards accounting/contracts in case they ask questions later

Use where inside or outside Malta? If remitted to Malta then yes you pay taxes on it. Get an accountant in Malta and don't guess at this.
