Depends on your activities. They are known to serve high-risk clients involved in forex, gambling & P**N and provide SWIFT, which is not the case with many Lithuanian EMI-s. There are tons of options. I would lean on using the ones that have a higher market share and are more reputable.
 
Okay, so they are in high risk, that's interesting. Have they operated 100% during their entire live cycles ?
