Investment closed ended allowed with Offshore company in the Seychelles?

I speak with a friend that has about 20 investors ready to invest in a project where they each make an investment of $500k so in total US$10M I was wondering is that allowed in a Seychelles IBC can they open a Cyprus bank account and be guaranteed the account not to be frozen?


What other alternatives are there if any?

If you are structuring the fund right and pay for legal advise and play by the rules you will not face any problems with the banks in Cyprus if you don't you can kiss your bank account good bye 😉
