I do not understanding this debate over 200 neo-Nazis in Ukraine. Even if true, what does it matter? Even if there were 2,000 or 20,000 neo-Nazis in Ukraine, what does it matter? Ukraine has a population of 44 million people.
In the U.S., there are left-wing organizations (e.g., The Southern Poverty Law Center) who call almost everyone who disagrees with them Nazis, racists, homophobes, Islamophobes, etc. But what else do you expect from fools?

I think that most people here can see things from multiple perspectives. For example, I think that most people agree that Ukraine should not join NATO and that Ukraine should be left as a neutral buffer zone between Russia and NATO. But nothing excuses a Russian invasion of Ukraine.
People are talking about 200 Nazis in Ukraine, while Putin literally just completed the transition of Russia to a fully fascist state under a dictator. The Russian leadership are the ones acting like Nazis.
