Advcash Utility bill

Is it possible to get the advcash virtual card without utility bill?
I have not gotten no utility bill issued to my name for 3 years and bank statements from my local bank do not have my address on it either 🙁

ask you bank to provide a letter with your address on. Usually they have that on the bank statement, sounds strange.

Utility bill is mandatory, I don't even see how you got your account with AdvCash if you don't have the utility bill?
