I have been planning to form LTD company in Cyprus for a while. I recently contacted a Cyprus lawyer to help. The service includes bank account opening with an EMI. He seems to be very professional. Considering the amount of his professional fees, I would like to know if there is anyway those funds can be held in escrow until after the completion of the undertaking? I have negotiated for partial payment and he graciously agreed but it is still a substantial sum. Is there any solution?

There is Escrow.com - you need to agree with him that he is fine to use an Escrow service.

If so, I can handle this deal for you, shall I PM you about details?

Actually we posted about it some years ago.
