Company formation in UK

Hello all,

I am looking to create a UK limited company however I want to ensure that no mail goes to my home address.

Can anyone recommend any formations agents who could enable me to pick up all my mail from their physical location in London?

I am happy to provide them with my address and proof of address etc but just want to make sure that no mail about my company is sent there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Companies House will always send letters to your home address. Especially at the beginning and reminders to file.

You can rent an address for your home address and that should suffice. You can collect your mail afterwards.

Are there any other options other than renting?
Perhaps any formation agencies offer a service where mail can be picked up at their physical location?

I either send the mail to clients or most clients just want a scan to email/WhatsApp

They will mail to the correspondence address, which doesn't have to be the home address.
You don't have to give them the home address, just the residence country.

find a office address in close to which is different from the one you have, then you will avoid it.

They still require a residential address. Regardless of where that is.
