AIF Fund - Luxembourg / Ireland - provider recommendations please

Hi,

HNW client with various assets is looking to set up private investment fund (AIF or similar) in Luxembourg or Ireland.

Can someone recommend providers who can work fast and efficiently?

I can make a recommendation for Luxembourg, but I would also suggest you to consider Cyprus, as it has a very attractive funds regime

Had considered it but unfortunately it would not be advisable to receive income from a CYP based fund for various reasons . /
Kindly let me know about Lux if possible

Speak to Batsela Asset Management | Business Consulting Services they have done a few structures for me and can also act on your behalf on an advisory basis. Luxembourg would be my preferred choice
