Avis Bank a subsidiary of Avis Global ....maybe....hopefully

I am wondering if anybody has any information or experience using AVIS Bank. The website seems janky but when doing due diligence I came across what seems like real audits, licensing and registry in the UK. I still cannot get over the website. Looking for a little input, anyone heard of them or had any interactions?

it works but redirects to avis.global. To open an account requires a substantial deposit. This is why I am doing some more research, and figured I would create a post.
