First post - incorporation of entity offshore to hide ownership structure

Hello everyone,

I'm new here, but have been lurking for a few weeks reading on the forum to learn a bit.
I have a legit business in Poland offering hosting services and web design/development. There is a huge market for adult entertainment sites work, but I would like to not have my company name associated with the adult work. For this reason, I would like to hide my company name (and my name) form my customers. Also, I would like to be able to protect my customer's identity as well, as much as possible, since everyone seems to be avoiding the adult industry and not want to touch it at all.

As such, I think setting up an offshore company to set up the adult side of the business would be best. They don't know who does the work, they just get the results and I don't get associated with the contracts and don't have to share (hopefully) customer data unless I receive a court order etc. All revenue would be invoiced by the offshore and then passed down to my Polish company + taxed as revenue in Poland. I don't want to hide any revenue or evade taxation - I just want to receive payment without my company and person being visible.

I appreciate any ideas of how to set up the company and accounts and how much it would cost to set up + run yearly.

Well, from my point of view, exactly because it's not straight forward to do this work, it's all the more important to do it. I don't have a problem with the P**N / adult industry, I really wish to get them quality services and help them. I have a problem with other customers not wanting to work with us, if we're associated with the adult industry.

If it's possible to establish a company structure that helps keep us and our customers anonymous, this can solve the bigotry problem 😉
The alternative I am considering is establishing a new company in Poland plain and simple, just for these customers, but it would be a shell company with no employees and same activity as the current one, which will definitely look fishy in case of audits, so I'd rather avoid that.
