Cyprys company structure plus banking. (introducing broker)

Hi, i need to open and offshore company and a bank account in Cyprus. The company is for Introducing Broker (IB's) for Forex/CFD trading related. Also do i need any license in Cyprus to operate for this company.
Note: Introducing broker is just an affiliate program in this case not a broker, also called white label agreement.
Any help is much appreciated thank you!

Hi, from the brief information provided it is likely that no license is required.

This really depend on the type of business of a company. Most of the businesses (except from crypto currency related and a couple of other high risk businesses) can easily open accounts in Cyprus banks.
