Looking for a service for notarized documents

While applying to a payment processor, I require a notarized passport and utility bill. Does anyone know where I can get this done for darks?

there are a few guys who can do that easily aroung, in here, the mentor group there is a photoshop guy who can do it, he has a thread, search for it.
