Does the corporate tax have to be paid off from the business account of a company?
Can it be paid from one's personal account?

Particularly, for the UK. But not only.

For the UK no, HMRC will accept payment from other accounts.
For other countries, that will depend on the country.
In some countries, like USA, that could lead to piercing the corporate veil.

"other accounts" or "other types of accounts"? Namely, from personal accounts too?

And if from the personal ones too -- only a personal account(s) that belong to the person(s) with sign. control of a company? Or any personal account of virtually anyone (my friend, mom, brother...)?
