E-commerce anon company setup for Stripe

Hey guys, I need some of your knowledge.

I'm a UAE resident, I need a cheap anonymous company setup for my e-commerce business with 0% tax.

UAE company is a perfect solution, but it's expensive, any alternatives?

I work via UK LLP now, but I don't like that the all my company info and reports are public and everyone can see it + I need an accountant, etc. would like to avoid the reports + non-public register.

Just out of curiosity can you be a UAE resident without forming a company?

Also Delaware LLC will work in that case.
