Airwallex doesn't accept non-resident US LLC?

I've recently registered with Airwallex and then ve found out that they require to have physical presence in the US or doing business with us companies as a requirement for approval.

Is this a must? Has anyone had any different experience?

Can you give me an example of a Utility bill that would work for them and possible to get for an offshore LLC?

We can do a phone bill addressed to any address.

A colleague was asking (and I couldn't find the answer) but does AirWallex accept local U.S. county's DBA (Doing Business As) form if one is a freelancer (i.e. not a LLC)?
