German GmbH or other European country to buy and rent cars

I am looking to buy a European company (preferably in German and with at least 1 year of history) to buy 1 luxury car and rent it out.

Do you have any advice?

I had a client selling cars in Germany through a german co, i am not sure if the company is still alive but for surely it has no operations. It must be 5 yrs old by now. If this is of interest i can ask him.

WoW surprise. But I would be more interest in knowing if there are any liabilities on this company or how this will be guaranteed there is not!
