Looking for Maltese agents

We are looking for an agents who is specialist in:
- company formation in Malta (for two Portugal NHR owners)
- Fiscal unit (Malta + Estonian new registered company)
- Fiscal unit accounting (~20 transactions/month)
- Fiscal unit audit
- Substance: office, director, secretary

You can try CCMalta as they are the most respected but they are not cheap at all. They offer local directors etc Problem with Malta is that it is a gray listed country right. Also local banks have all but no interest in opening accounts for non-resident controlled companies even with local representation.However having CCMalta doing the leg work might change that. But ensure you have your own banks identified and ready to support such structures before even starting. Don't leave bank choice until the end.
