Romanian Offshore service provider i need one which one do you recommend?

Hello,

I live in Romania. I want to start an offshore company the reasons don`t matter that much I just need an offshore. Which of the companies that have a site and are on Google with you recommend me in order for me to hire them to make an offshore company. I`m looking for a company that can help set up the company and an offshore bank account.
