Best company for crypto asset protection, no capital gains and no auditing/filing/reporting/accounting requirement

What is the best country for incorporating a company that can hold/trade my crypto assets and provide me asset protection from Spanish government?
I need:
- no capital gains tax (i want to trade, ideally using centralized exchanges to do arbitrage and high frequency trading)
- no auditing, filing, reporting, accounting requirements, I want to be able to spend money whenever I want without having to ask to an accountant if I can do it or not
- Ideally I want an anonymous/company crypto debit card to cash out small amounts (e.g. 5k per month) to live my life in peace.

I also need to use this company to receive a 100k payment from Singapore from a legit company for legit work I recently did. Or it is better not to mix them?

A UAE / Ajman setup sounds like what you should get without CRS reporting.

is residency mandatory? i live with my family in spain, so i can't move my fiscal residency cause my kids are going to school there

No. I have several UAE companies thanks to @Gediminas and didn't have to set a foot into UAE. Can highly recommend him!

I take it that you don't have any banking facilities due to personal / company substance ?

Would also be interested in getting @Gediminas perspective on this matter.

I do have bank accounts for the UAE companies but obviously not in the UAE.
As the old saying goes ”˜don't sh!t where you eat' 😉

I was considering either BVI (because accountancy is basically not needed, but then it's harder to open a decent bank account) either Dubai
What are the implications considering I'm resident in Belgium and I'm about to move to Spain (I will be applying for SETR/Beckham Law).
I don't have the full picture about CFC rules and how corporate tax from low/zero foreign companies happens.
In that case, I have to pay the full belgian/spanish corporate tax or not?

The companies are based in Dubai. The EMI's are not.
