Anonymous Company and Merchant Provider For Adult Dating Site Advice

Hello,

I'm wondering what you guys would recommend for me. I'm looking to start an adult dating business but I would like to remain anonymous. Reasons for remaining anonymous are mostly to keep my name out of such a business type, as well as protection from any legal issues both civil and criminal (if laws change in the adult industry for specific countries, etc..). I will still pay taxes and operate legally, just anonymously.

I need a company for it, as well as a merchant provider, ideally one that can payout in crypto and fiat with minimal cost. Of course if possible it would be nice to get an IBAN capable EMI/Bank solution as well, but that isn't as critical as the merchant that can payout with crypto.

As for the company formation, now in 2021 what country would you recommend to setup in for the adult dating business type (and still be able to get a merchant account as mentioned above) and what method of setup would you recommend (darks, regular offshore company help, or company that can help setup with darks, etc..). If necessary the company can appear as a “normal (non adult dating)” company as well to handle the optics for non merchant provider related things.

You will need two setups to stay somehow anonymous.

The problem in 2022 with anonymity is not the company it self but all financial services and institutions will require KYC which is not new, but they are also able to recheck if they are real or not, at least in 90% of cases.

So to get started I would go for a UK LTD with a merchant account, you can appoint nominees and only be part of this entity with max 25% so your name will not be anywhere.

Now I would setup another entity maybe with darks, you need high class darks, and then setup a Intergiro or Wise account, pretty easy to do. The UK LTD will forward all money direcly to the other entity which could possibly be in Cyprus or also in the UK - depends on which agent you are using there may be more options. I would chekc what countries Paysera and Wise accept or find a third EMI that could work for you and use that for a different country location for your company.

So your name will stay out of the business AND you will not get troubles with the EMI because it's not Adult related. It requires some tweaks to work well, but you may have got a clue here already and fine tune the solution for your needs.
 
I would not advise wise because their terms are tight against the adult industry:
they prohibit:
  • Adult content.
    1. Pornography and other visual content depicting explicitly sexual acts.
    2. Services of sexual nature (webcam shows, live chats, prostitution, escorts, etc).
    3. Sexually oriented establishments (massage parlors, strip clubs, gentleman's clubs)
