a good bank or even better Emi who opens the account to a marketing company with a significant turnover without any kind of problem and without fear of closure?

Doesn't exist. The risk is always there for closure even when on your best behavior. Hence best to use multiple banks or EMI's.

in fact I use several ... I wanted to open a new account and I wanted some advice on which one you recommend

What do you consider a significant turnover? You may not fit risk appetite for some EMI's or even banks for example just because of volume.
