Dubai IFZA - Mix use rental for Residency proof ?

I am trying to find solution for personal Residency proof for Dubai residency.
If I register company in Dubai IFZA with single owner.
What is the best way to get Utility bill/any document for your residency proof??
Can I use my office address as my personal address?
Is there any way to get ejari with personal name ???with office in IFZA???

Basically I am looking for simple/cheap way to get Residency proof document.

Im interested to know more about this also. After company setup, I assume that renting an apartment for a year + ejari, then getting DEWA and mobile phone would be enough to secure residential tax status? But im not sure about the 180 days requirement.
