ePay - payment service provider, someone know them?

I just came across this website
https://www.epay.com/
It looks like that it is most often used by people in China to get money directly into China.

Any feedback, good or bad is much appreciated.

I bought something from a person which I believe (it is not proven yet) is a scammer.

So I contacted them on live chat and send a ticket yesterday and got this:

Dear Epay user,

This is an auto reply email.
We have received your email and we will reply you as soon as possible!
Our working time is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in Beijing zone.

If you send us the email during non-working time, We will work on your case and get back to you within 24 hours.

So I wonder if they will get back or if it is a charge back right away 😀

I know most payment processors have a real customer support that respond fast to card holders which are nervous, but epay seems not to care that much.

I have used them short time. They pay out in crypto that's why I wanted to use them but to expensive.

That is very true. They are huge processor that is used for all sort of businesses. But primary Chinese people.
