I would go and setup something like the mentioned in mentor group gold here:

That could possibly work, so you can try some of the many mentioned payment processors there!

I'll join it tonight and hopefully it will be helpful. The reason why I mentioned it is because it will enable cash out or trading it with bitcoins and less use of the company bank account(s).

I mean do you need a merchant for users to buy crypto or sell crypto ? (in case you didn't know you can also sell crypto and receive money directly to your card)

Where are you based? Where are your customers? What cryptos are you exchanging? Do you hold customer funds? Do you provide a service or just technology? Do you provide advice?

The answer depends on the myriad combinations of these questions. Even then, it is often uncertain due to incompetent or unscrupulous regulators and lawmakers.
