If you want to stay in the EU either Malta, Cyprus or Bulgaria, but definitely not Luxembourg, high taxes and high cost of living haha

I have heard from a very reputable international tax advisor in the eu that in Bulgaria you get a personal visit from a "certain organization" as soon as it becomes known that someone has an above-average amount of money in his bank accounts and is asked for regular protection payments. This happend to one of his customer.
