Could you recommend a reliable accountant/accountancy in Scotland?

If you can't google one and find feedback on Trust Pilot etc then just go for one of the big 4 i.e KPMG, PWC, EY or Deloitte.

I don't think you get a response any time soon 🙁. But who knows.
