Need an Offshore Personal EU Account That's Secure

I'm looking for a personal offshore EU account in a secure bank. I have money that's in another bank that I want to get out of. The only way they'll transfer it out is to another account in my name.

I am not a EU citizen.

The one option I looked into needed a 50K USD minimum and that's too much right now.

Ideas?

If you can travel a week in EEA
N26, Bunq can be solution..
Or Dukascopy but with low limit.
If you want high street bank
You might be able to get one by non resident but i think you should go in person.

Thanks. With the covid situation now I can't travel without quarantine. I tried Dukascopy, but they never followed up. Real strange.

N26 and BUNQ will not work as they do not work with non-EU citizens. Your best bet is something in the Baltics, perhaps an EMI. Another idea could be 3S.Money or NetMoneyINT. I am not related to any of these companies.

Thanks. 3S is strictly corporate. I couldn't find Netmoney. Do you have a link? Google search returned something in India.

First time I hear of this emi, and yet they seem really willing to accept non-eeas to access sepa payments network. Strange. What us the onboarding process like? There is jo form to fill just an email address? Are nonEEAs eligible for plastic card as well?

If you go for Dukascopy Bank, just proceed with account opening (download Dukascopy Connect to fill in the application form). Your deposit will be treated as an out-of-limit one-off transfer of your own funds. You may be asked to explain the source of the funds.

Thanks, but the way they forgot about me when I was trying to open an account before tells me they don't want my business.

You can open a personal bank account with a local Cyprus Bank, without the need to visit the country.
