I want to register an offshore company for adult flirting sites. The website is going to be somewhat between a regular dating site and a P**N site, thus, I assume it's considered a 'high risk business'.
I've been thinking about registering it in Seychelles mainly because it's affordable and tax-free, though I do have my doubts - since I am planning to process customers credit cards, I am pretty sure I'll face some issues with a Seychelles company.
Bottom line is - what is the best country to register an offshore company for a website related to the adult industry that will process credit cards on a regular basis? That I will not have (too many) issues with finding a good merchant processor, and won't face too many issues with processing credit card due to the problematic / suspicious location of the business.
