Brand new processor, may even just be a reseller or even worth.

IP Location Tokyo, Japan but registered in the UK... I say danger, danger, don't put to much money in the operation they may use it for sushi.

they approached my manager with a view for us to start processing c/c's thru them. we are a BVI company and new EU regulations have made it impossible to get a merchant account. even Skrill/Moneybookers shut our account after 10 years!

So you may know why they approached your manager and that will also be the reason for why you should not use them 😀
