Im EU citizen, i want to buy apartment with my crypto ( can't declare source of crypto ), what do you think if i transfer my crypto to my revolut, and buy apartement around 70K€ in sepa transfert, is it really rislky?

Not investment, i want to buy apartment for me.

What about TRACFIN?

If really riskly, can i change my tax residency in Dubai ie, buy apartment in France, and after 1 year come to EU and live in my apartment

Can you send crypto into your Revolut account other than from another Revolut account?

You sound desperate. Yes money laundering is risky. Yes you can do that and then come back and sit in jail in France for tax evasion.
