To avoid: Banesco, Amerant (Banco Mercantil) and the 50% of banks in Puerto Rico (hold by Venezuelan army/mafia), too risky due to links with money laundering and with OFAC eyes over them.

A couple of years ago all Venezuelans were forced to relinquished their stock in PR banks.

You mean passport from North Africa? No idea to be honest, if you really need a US LLC I suggest to follow the guidelines and try, worst case you spent $150 for the LLC and I guess you need the Web Page anyway for your business.
