Opening A dutch (netherlands) company online

Does anyone know how to open A dutch (netherlands) company online without visiting the KvK.
It does can be any dutch company (B.V., V.O.F, Eenmanszaak) i have found many Company formation websites but after calling The KvK they said that it are mostly all scams

You complaining cause no one replied withing 1 hour. You think this is a live chat system or something..lol?

It can be done I believe but you need to grant a power of attorney. Ask the KvK again if this is still possible however.

Why on earth would you want to setup a Netherlands company anyway? Are you based in Netherlands but in wheelchair or something?
