Banks in EU that work with crypto exchanges?

Big brick and mortar banks usually have no problem with it, with many exceptions

Depends on the country

Santander is good. No questions asked even after high 6/ low 7 figures
 
Bitonic exchange in Netherlands works with Bunq, ABN and ING etc.

Never once asked for it in detail. Once they asked where the money is coming from and I said crypto and I never heard from them again.

These people working in the banks don't know anything about it so they let it go- in most countries. In places like Cyprus or Switzerland, or digital banks like Revolut, N26 etc., they are more aware of money laundering and crypto and all of it so they will ask way more questions
 
santander is woich contry i have orrible experreience with them in poland , and anywhere elese
 
You can open an account with Santander in many countries, if Poland sucks move to the next country.
