I plan to move to Portugal, unregister in Germany and set up my coaching business in Bulgaria via an EOOD and register under NHR in Portugal.
I do sell online courses and coach 1:1 and online in group coachings.
I understand, that I have to get a director and a va or an employee in Bulgaria and maybe also an office.
Does any one have experience with that, give me advice what to take care of and know, if that was OK, if I don't live there?
In 10 years time I could move to Bulgaria then officially and still travel I suppose (well, who knows what's happening by then).
I would have to pay 10+5% tax in Bulgaria plus VAT, right?
Anything I did not consider?
