US LLC with one stakeholder

Hello everyone!

This year I will be tax resident of Georgia, and interested in short-term solution for my business: US LLC with one shareholder. Will use that for 5 months, then move to UAE.

As I understand if me is the only person who owns this LLC, and I won't withdraw this income to my personal account, and I will keep it on the company's account, from which I will pay counterparties. So no taxes in US? A few questions:

1. Can I get an bank account on Mercury or Wise, Payoneer with such setup?
2. Can I get Stripe or any other processing with such setup?

Yes, I know that this company can be classified as Georgian company and I will have to pay taxes in Georgia, but I see that US doesn't have auto exchange with Georgia and agreements on avoidance of double taxation, there is closed register and chances that Georgian taxes service will find out that is pretty low.

Have you asked the Georgian government how they tax US LLCs? Or are you assuming they consider it a Georgian company?

I hope they won't know about that, because US has closed register, I will not show these incomes on Georgian accounts (withdraw dividends) and will use that only for 5 months.

No guarantees, but personally, I couldn't imagine why you wouldn't be fine. Sounds like a pretty safe plan to me.

Okay, and about this two, maybe you know?

I don't have any experience with this. I believe you should be able to get a bank account, but I've heard that getting a Stripe account opened can be more difficult. They usually want management to be in the same country, I think.
