EU Banking & company setups for CBD affiliate business

I'm looking to set up a new company in the EU for my new CBD affiliate business.
I have another business in Malta, but I would rather set up this business elsewhere in the EU.
The commissions are paid from companies based in the EU.

I'm mainly looking for a country where setting up a company is not too much of a hassle, and local presence is not required and most importantly that the banking is not a constant KYC nightmare. I would assume that generally banks are not excited for income generated from CBD...

no guarantees on that, sorry, banks become more and more a pain.

Otherwise I would consider Cyprus or the UK and use an EMI like Wise, Paysera or Intergiro for this purpose.

We have other companies in Cyprus in the CBD trade industry, so it has been tested to some extent.

Even though you need to show management and control of the company in Cyprus this can be achieved through the use of nominee directors.
