How is with double taxation for individuals between UAE-USA? Let's say you move to UAE (from EU) and have some dividends from USA stocks. Do you just sign W8BEN and are taxed with 15% witholding tax in USA?

Yes, the dividends will be taxes from US in UAE. But I think it's 30% tax, not 15%.

You mean USA witholding tax for dividends and interest is 30% for UAE residents? Is there any double taxation avoidance treaty between USA and UAE? 30% witholding tax is the same as no treaty.

There is no treaty between USA and UAE.

Some types of income will be taxed for 30% like dividends and royalties.

Since there is no treaty, do you know if USA also taxes capital gains if UAE resident made profits with USA stocks? Usually capital gains realized by non-resident aliens are not taxed in USA.

No, they don't.

Only dividends and royalties are taxes.
