best way to buy stablecoin with usd without a trace

what do you think is the best way to convert usd cash or other currencies to usdt ?

Buy BTC on a BTC atm and exchange on non KYC exchange to USDT. You can also try to find someone selling USDT or any other crypto for cash

There are a lot of exchanges (blackmarket) that can exchange crypto to say PayPal. the problem will be to receive them at PayPal they will ask questions sooner or later depending on the amount and how frequently it is done.

localbitcoin is one of these places. But if you can find a middleman that is able to receive USD then it should not be a problem to receive crypto in exchange I believe.
