Can anyone recommend a service provider for Singapore company formation?

Preferably one with good connections to banks for remote account opening.

company will be a consultancy firm for servicing a single client in Singapore. All very much above board

I would go with Rikvin. They are one of the most reputable corporate formation firms on SG market. Not the cheapest though.

anyone have experience in using Osome / Aspire Kickstarter for formation / banking?
 
Even I am interested to know if "Aspire Kickstarter for formation" with Aspire bank account is a reliable option?

I have noticed from the Aspire website that Money out from the account will go through Wise
 
It means Singapore company with EMI bank account from Wise ? what a setup if that is what you get.
 
I used 3E Accounting and their service is quite good, but not very flexible. They do registration, auditing, annual return, bank introducing, document forwarding... But if you want them to do something extra like using their nominee director to sign any document to support you then they will reject. If you incorporate in Singapore, it is fairly easy to open bank accounts in OCBC, UOB but not sure they will accept remotely opening or not, just ask your agent. You can have chance to open Wise account with Singapore company. But bear in mind that you have to pay Singapore's corporate tax 17%
