This is a long-shot, but does anyone have a contact person at Zagrebacka bank in Croatia? I have a large international wire transfer sitting on hold at Zagrebacka, and it's about to be returned to the sender if I can't bridge the communication gap between the sender's bank and Bank of America (correspondent bank).
Zagrebacka needs to clarify the sender's address before accepting the transfer, but they can only accept that clarity from their contact at BofA, and no one can get through to BofA. And also I can't break through the customer service barrier at Zagrebacka to get to the actual person/department who is auditing the wire transfer. If I had the contact information of one real person at the bank, that would be a huge help in getting me to the actual auditor. Thank you.
