Is it possible to buy property in Bahamas and receive rental income??
Do any one know about it??

Do any carribbean country accept crypto for property purchase??

not sure about Bahamas but I had seen some condos for rent in Panama for BTC only haha so I'd imagine there it maybe is possible to arrange a purchase in crypto? ns2 not sure though.

In Panama, it is possible and I know a trusted real estate agency. They are not the cheapest but you do not want to go cheap in Panama anyway.
However, the country tanked since last year and still play the covid restriction game.

You can buy any property anywhere in world with crypto if the selling agent is willing to work with companies like Bitpay. Bitpay can act as a payment agent for home buyers and because selling agent will always receive fiat from Bitpay I don't see why they would turn down doing payment through them.

If however you mean direct crypto I have seen sites before offering this but be careful. When it comes to paying stamp duty etc you will still need fiat.
